15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crusts (may substitute any pie crust)
1 t. flour
1 lb. ground beef
1 C. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and onions
2 eggs
ΒΌ C. grated Parmesan cheese
9 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
8 oz. (2 C.) mozzarella cheese
Procedure:
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare pie crust according to directions for one-crust pie (9 inch pan). Bake at 450 for 9 to 11 minutes or until very lightly browned; cool.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain well. Add spaghetti sauce; simmer 10 minutes. In medium bowl, beat eggs. Add Parmesan cheese and drained spinach; blend well. Spoon half of meat mixture into cooled, baked crust. Sprinkle with half of mozzarella cheese. Spoon spinach mixture over cheese layer; top with remaining meat mixture . Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
